Job Responsibilities: • reputed company brand strategic development efforts. • Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference. • Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets. • Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans. • Build and reputed company a high-performing marketing team. • Ensure rigorous control over reputed company marketing-reputed company data, analysis, and metrics. • Work closely with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth. Your Experience: • 12+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience with $100M-200M+ yearly reputed company DTC e-commerce brands. • A strong brand builder and reputed company with strong creative acumen. • Significant brand marketing experience: Influencers, Emails, PR, Partnerships, Podcasts, TV, Flyers, Magazines and so on. • Comfortable managing a team that oversees traditional performance marketing channels like reputed company, YouTube, reputed company SEM, reputed company SEO. • Strong influencer and relationship builder with internal and external influencers. • Experience operating in the Home Decor reputed company (or a passion for Home Decor) is a strong plus. • Experience managing a team of 7+ marketers. • Data-driven, with experience operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating reputed company. • Ability to forecast demand and reputed company financial projections.
