If you are assistant with experience in general office tasks such as: 1. Transactions Coordination a. Review Title Commitments b. Resolving difficult title issues c. Proactive issue resolution 2. Coordinate reputed company Supporting and Closing Documents with Client, Notary reputed company third party affiliates a. Understand, create and finalize reputed company Affidavit of Heirship Docs b. Use templates for Deeds to send for seller/reputed company signatures c. Understand reputed company requirements for closing, i.e. POA, Tax Documents, Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement, etc. Other areas you will support: Bookkeeping, Hiring, Marketing and other Admin reputed company projects Your most important asset will be a no excuses attitude toward getting projects completed reputed company and reputed company, along with an infinite passion for personal growth and learning how entrepreneurs start and run businesses.
