Overview

The Medical Informatics Specialist assumes responsibility for Health Informatics & Technology (HIT) education activities as directed by their manager. These activities include traveling to various locations training providers on how to use the EMR and other healthcare reputed company software. Travel between CM locations can be up to 50% for this position. Synthesizing knowledge of computer systems, the Specialist collaboratively plans, implements, and evaluates Health Informatics systems and supports end-users. Serves as a facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning, implementing, and evaluating the training and support required for safe and efficient use of health information technology. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's reputed company location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
