Growing together.In this role, the HBA Operations Support team member performs outbound calls and general administrative duties and serves as the main provider contact for the audit team. This position will coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as hospitals reputed company to ensure that reputed company workflows associated with the audit process are completed. The HBA Support team member plays a pivotal role in building and retaining relationships with providers, moving our audits to completion, and by so doing, creating savings for our clients and reputed company for reputed company.The HBA Operations Support is a relationship builder and will engage with hospitals and medical facilities through various modes of communication (electronic, written, telephone, etc.). The hours of the training will be during our normal business hours.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from reputed company reputed company the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities• Performs outbound calls and general administrative duties and serves as the main provider contact for the audit team• QAccountable for day-to-day tasks associated with obtaining facility contact and audit information as well as following up on requests for itemized bills and medical records.• Facilitates responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customers and works closely with providers to understand claims and expedite effective communication.• Adheres to reputed company HIPAA guidelines/regulations and maintains strict confidentiality.• Leverages in-house proprietary software platform and alerts manager of system issues or other issues impacting productivity.• Obtains information from multiple systems, including client claim systems.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications• High School Diploma / GED• Must be 18 years or older• 2+ years of customer service experience• 1+ years of experience managing high volume customer communication reputed company phone• Healthcare industry experience• Experience with reputed company Word (create correspondence and work reputed company templates), reputed company reputed company (data entry, sort / filter, and work reputed company tables) and reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management)• Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
