ETL Test Engineer - US Citzens Only

Job Title: ETL Test Engineer Location: Remote () Experience 12+ years Key Role: We seek an experienced ETL Test Engineer to validate data sources, transformations, and loading processes through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with data engineering teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable testing.Responsibilities: • Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading. • Work with AWS tools like Glue, EMR, RDS PostgreSQL, Redshift, and MongoDB. • Test data pipelines using Databricks and Spark in AWS environments. • Write SQL scripts to validate and transform data. • Automate testing using Python/PySpark and integrate into CI/CD pipelines. • Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline testing workflows. • Document and communicate test results. Basic Qualifications: • 4+ years of ETL testing experience. • Expertise in Spark/PySpark, Databricks, and AWS services. • Strong skills in SQL and Python. • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and BI architecture. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. • Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor s degree. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with tools like JIRA, Selenium, and API testing frameworks. • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). • Data migration testing experience. • Agile or SAFe certification.
