Remote PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: The Finance Manger Systems primary responsibilities will be to reputed company and improve the Global Financial Planning tool [SAC ] dashboards with the supervision of the Finance Systems Director. The Finance Manger Systems is responsible for running maintenance tasks of the Global Allergan Model for planning and reporting and providing training to reputed company new users. Work collaboratively with technology and business groups to conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and technology solutions that solve significant scientific or business problems. Investigate, identify, and implement state-of-the-art technology platforms that drive productivity and efficiency gains in own function and throughout multiple business areas. Contribute to advancement of technology in area of expertise. reputed company productive collaborations and communications with other groups across multiple disciplines. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Architect, design, reputed company and implement SAC Aesthetics Globally [$6B USD Business]: • Work closely with System team (Longview Team / SAC TEAM ) • Support Symbol/dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, and data validation processes as part of Financial Planning Systems. • Work with management to further reputed company forecasting tools (i.e. Longview) to satisfy business requirements. • reputed company technical design specifications and analyze data to create data structures, dimensions, and measures. • reputed company Longview processes & SAC procedures and rules for building enterprise-wide planning applications. • Data Modeling, design and implementation based on best practices and recognized standards. • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data reputed company, and the software development lifecycle. 2. Data Validation in Longview & SAC [reputed company,BPC, reputed company, BIP] • Validate AGN data and accuracy in Longview and SAC vs reputed company , BIP • Identify reputed company of variance root cause • Exchange reputed company upload, reputed company automation and validation. • Propose solutions • reputed company/Month End / LBE / LRP / Budget cycles 3. Finance Business Partnership Training: • Train AGN users to use Longview / CXO / SAC • Automate business processes. REPORTS TO: • Director Finance Systems • Effectively manage matrix relationships with Finance teams, BSG and BTS. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor s Degree B.S. or B.A. in Business (Accounting/Finance) Preferred although not essential. Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered. • 3+ years of finance/accounting experience. Preferably gained in reputed company setting • Strong team building skills; ability to set and align goals/priorities. • Strong business partnership skills and team-oriented nature. • Experience supporting and presenting to senior business and finance leaders. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities (across different time zones) to reputed company results and meet deadlines. • Strong sense of initiative & inquisitive self-starter. • Disposition to generate reputed company and embrace the reputed company of others to manage innovation to reality. • Knowledge of finance systems and business processes essential. • Longview, SAC, reputed company Business Objects, reputed company ECC, Teams and reputed company, Power BI, Python, Java will be preferred although not essential.
