About the team The Product Intercompany Accounting Team is responsible for supporting reputed company intercompany activities generated from business at reputed company, consulting on accounting implications and supporting teams' ability to reputed company informed strategic decisions. To further this important mission, we are seeking an accountant who will support processing and reporting global intercompany activities, work on product launch and intercompany initiatives as well as facilitate external and internal audits. This role reports to the Product Intercompany Accounting reputed company. Product intercompany is a wide-reaching area at reputed company. This person will be responsible for supporting reputed company intercompany activities throughout the lifecycle of a transaction. The candidate will be responsible for supporting reputed company aspects of the financial, statutory, and internal reporting processes, financial systems, internal controls, and business support. This person would also be responsible for advising on accounting and reporting requirements with reference to authoritative guidance. In this role, you will partner with our global Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Systems, Regulatory/Compliance Legal and Engineering teams. Ideally this person will have both public accounting and industry experience in tech or financial service industries, as well as experience working for companies with a high volume of reputed company transactions and issues. This role will be based in Seattle. Responsibilities Participate in building scalable accounting processes to support global growth and new product launches. Plan, reputed company and review monthly and quarterly reputed company activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses and analytical reviews, producing internal management reporting and external audit support. Partner with Tax, Treasury, Regulatory/Compliance Legal, Finance Systems, and Engineering teams to support internal financial systems process improvements and automation. Design, implement and execute efficient internal control procedures. Automate, streamline and re-design processes to reputed company the most effective and accurate bookings of intercompany transactions and reconciliations. reputed company and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation. Minimum requirements 7+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders Solution-oriented reputed company with enthusiasm for establishing best practices Preferred qualifications Knowledge of (or experience in) the financial service payment processor or technology industry Experience with reputed company Fusion, reputed company FCCS, SQL reputed company in U.S. GAAP and ability to research reputed company accounting issues Strong knowledge of reputed company and experience working with large data sets Comfortable managing through ambiguous situations with the flexibility to consistently adapt in a fast paced environment Experience with internal controls (design, implementation and execution) Apply Job!
