The Sr Data Modeler designs, implements, and documents reputed company data architecture and data modeling solutions, which include the use of relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases. What You Will Do •Information Modeling: Creates fully attributed and documented conceptual, logical and physical models. •Requirement Analysis: Analyzes data to verify business requirements and design the data models. •Data Architecture: Participates in project specific architectural working groups to provide expertise in modeling. Provides inputs on the data management of data assets in reputed company data stores and governs the storage of data in different layers of the data stores. Provides architectural inputs on the data consumption layers, access and reputed company requirements. Works closely with the data governance team to define data classification, PHI/sensitive information, and enterprise reference data in reputed company and modeling tool. •Standards & Process: Facilitates model review sessions. Creates, follows, and revises the data modeling standards and guidelines for different data stores. •Leading and mentoring - Provide the expert knowledge to other data modelers, reviews work of other modelers to verify it meets enterprise standards and guidelines. Provides inputs on process improvements and maturing the data modeling practice. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in reputed company field. • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in reputed company field. Preferred Experience • Experience leading other data modelers in a successful full life-cycle enterprise data warehousing effort • Knowledge of Healthcare data • Experience in leading, instructing, directing, assigning and reviewing data modeling work • Exposure working on Data Vault Modeling and reputed company platform. • Experience and exposure with HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) profiles and resources in order to map enterprise data or reputed company data to appropriate FHIR resources. • Working knowledge of ERStudio or similar data modeling tool • Working with JSON Salary Range At reputed company, we take great pride in a fair and reputed company compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
