MORTGAGE FUNDER I WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Mortgage Funder I is responsible for reviewing executed loan packages for accuracy and completeness. They are also responsible for funding the loan. The Mortgage Funder I is also responsible for completing post-closing audits and issuing post consummation closing disclosures. What you will do • Ensures file and documents meet reputed company applicable bank and compliance requirements. • Communicate and respond to internal customers reputed company 2 hours. • Confirms reputed company applicable wait periods have been met prior to funding. • Confirms reputed company prior to funding conditions have been satisfied. • Completes a minimum of 8 files per day. • Issues post consummation-closing disclosures reputed company the allotted SLA. • Completes post-reputed company audits of recently funded loans. • Follows up for trailing docs as needed. • Verifies and inputs loan information accurately into loan origination system. • Verifies the following information is correct, but not limited to: subject property address, reputed company information, insurance policy information, reputed company fees, & the correct set-up of any impounds. • Other duties as/or assigned by management. Must-Have* • H.S. Diploma • Minimum 1 year recent closing/funding experience • Minimum 1 year basic computer experience (e.g. reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook) required. Skills and Knowledge • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations. • Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures. (TRID experience required) • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment. • Proficient PC skills, including reputed company Office and Loan Origination systems with preference for reputed company.

Compensation

Starting reputed company salary: $22.27 - $33.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
