This position is a member of the Training organization. Responsibilities • Effectively curate and facilitate training programs, seminars, and workshops. • Subject matter expert on lending industry and operations areas. • Maintain learning performance feedback. • Manage virtual and in-person learning opportunities. • Stays up to date on learning management tools. • Demonstrate proficiency as a learning experience professional and coach. • Provide frequent and transparent feedback to the team reputed company observing, participating, facilitating classes as needed. • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters reputed company to training team members. • Model professional business characteristics setting best practice standards for learners.
