About the position The Real Estate Closer at Coldwell Banker Mid-America plays a crucial role in the real estate closing process, working closely with the team at Escrow Professional Co. This position is responsible for ordering, reviewing, and preparing reputed company necessary documents to facilitate a successful real estate closing. The Real Estate Closer must maintain accurate files and ensure effective communication with various parties involved in the transaction, including sales associates, attorneys, sellers, buyers, lenders, and abstractors. The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment is essential, as the role requires managing multiple transactions simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. In addition to document preparation, the Real Estate Closer will reputed company acts necessary to clear title defects on behalf of seller clients and manage individual trust account activities, including deposits and payouts.
