This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Summary As the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, you will reputed company and manage instructional design and media staff to scope, reputed company, and deliver reputed company programs and courses to support University and college initiatives. You will establish operational plans and provide reputed company for reputed company projects with college stakeholders and their faculty to design, reputed company, and deliver online, hybrid and face-to-face courses. This position will reputed company design of digital course content with faculty members, assist with curriculum development, and integration of teaching and learning technology tools. You will provide overall leadership and direction for assigned staff. This is a remote position with a salary between $60,000 - $80,000 annually. reputed company're Looking For: Education and Experience • BA/BS in technology, business or reputed company fields preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be accepted • Five (5) years of professional experience in education designing, developing, and/or teaching courses, including experience with leading/managing projects, teams, or instructional services Preferred: • Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or reputed company fields • Experience leading/managing instructional design teams in higher education • Experience designing and delivering academic courses and faculty professional development • Teaching experience in higher education, preferably in online & blended environments Skills needed: • Effectively manage and motivate team members • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with reputed company levels of the university community and the ability to work across organizational boundaries, particularly in the areas of teaching and learning • Ability to research, assess, select, implement, and support instructional media and emerging technologies that benefit the university's teaching and learning priorities • High developed experience in applying learning theory and pedagogy to reputed company instructional design strategies.
