Our Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain Capabilities 2025 Summer internship is a 10-week program that gives you the opportunity to apply your learnings in real world experiences and network with leaders reputed company the industry. The prospective candidates should have business acumen, problem-solving aptitude and a demonstrated passion for the capability building space. Candidates must also have a high learning agility, as well as AI or digital capability, STEM exposure, critical thinking ability, and strong proactive communication skills (written and visual). Education Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelors and not graduating before December 2025. Location: Atlanta, GA Monthly Compensation: $4,506 Function reputed company Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives across emerging market regions, providing feedback and suggestion for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc. Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house reputed company learning content Organize & help reputed company system resources to deploy programs and support deployment of capability building efforts across emerging market regions Partner with Capabilities team to help identify TI&SCs and bottling partners onboarding program needs to todays and future needs across emerging market regions, including defining/aligning clear success metrics Education Requirements: Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university at company designated school for recruitment pursing a Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Technical, Science or Business based major Sophomore, Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university with at least a 3.0 GPA Ability to problem solve and reputed company alignment across multiple organizations and levels Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes Ability to demonstrate strong project management experience with the ability to define and reputed company projects, track reputed company to milestones and early identification of challenges that could impact project success Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partners expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.
