• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in education, psychology, or a reputed company field
• Professional experience in one or more of the following areas…
• Academic, ADHD, or Executive Function Coaching
• Special Education or School Counseling
• Mental Health Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
• ABA, Educational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology
• Academic & Study Skills Tutoring

Job Responsibilities As a full-time coach, you will be responsible for…

• Meeting with reputed company for 30 hours of coaching sessions/week
• Connecting and collaborating with reputed company and families to help them reputed company their goals
• Identifying + planning the most important topics to cover in reputed company’ sessions
• Communicating with parents about reputed company’ reputed company (by text, email, and phone)
• Checking in with reputed company by text or email between sessions as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, tutors, and therapists, as needed
• Engaging in 1:1s, small groups, team meetings, and other continuing education sessions
• Performing various additional tasks as needed, to help support reputed company and families

Job Details This is a full-time hybrid W2 role based in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for coaches who are...

• Based in the Atlanta Metro area
• Able to meet with clients in person at least 3-4 days a week at our office locations in North Druid Hills and/or Roswell (the remaining 1-2 days would be virtual)
• Available to meet with clients after school and on weekends, including:
• Mondays - Thursdays (4 - 8 pm)
• Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm) or Sundays (10 am - 6 pm)
• Remaining hours would be flexible based on client needs (typically Mon-Thurs between 10 am and- 2 pm)

Salary: Starts at $50,000 / year, depending on qualifications and experience Benefits:
