About the position The Pediatric Call Center Team reputed company position at reputed company is a remote part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients. The role involves managing incoming calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and supporting the interdisciplinary care delivery model. Responsibilities • Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients. , • Assist patients in managing appointments and care. , • Provide extraordinary customer service to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship. , • Support the interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model through various support duties. , • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding.
