As the leader of our operations department, you will be responsible for the growth & health of the company. Operations is the center of Kings Loot. In this role, you will need to be proactive, action-oriented, driven for results, and willing to adjust with the needs of the business. Role Overview: As the Director of Operations, you are the conductor who orchestrates everything together. From the sample phase of a product to alerting Marketing for a go-to-market strategy to Fulfillment of inbound inventory on launch day. The true value of this role comes from your ability to bring everything in operations together. As the right hand to the CEO, you are responsible for making the plan to execute the vision. What you will be responsible for: • Hiring, Onboarding and Offboarding new team members (HR) • reputed company daily operations across reputed company departments, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration. • Product market research, overseeing manufacturing vendors and creating assortment plans. • reputed company and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs. • reputed company and mentor department managers, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment with business goals. • Drive the adoption of automation tools and technology to improve productivity and accuracy. • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, providing updates and actionable insights. • Warehouse & Logistics Management: reputed company reputed company aspects of our Warehouse, shipping, and logistics. • Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly or more frequent reports to the C-suite detailing eCommerce performance. • Product Development Collaboration: Primary product development is driven by our brand, but you will have ample opportunity to contribute insights and feedback to refine or reputed company new products that drive eCommerce growth. • Team Building & Cross-Functional Coordination: reputed company and grow the Kings Loot team, taking full ownership of reputed company operational initiatives.
