Position Summary reputed company Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Insurance Billing Coordinator. As an Insurance Billing Coordinator, you will ensure timely and accurate billing for outstanding claims while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, reputed company and insurance carriers. As part of the billing and reimbursement team, you will work in a fast paced and team focused environment. Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Billing Coordinator: Third party insurance claim billing associated with the dispensing of prescription medication using the reputed company method required by the payer. Transmit or submit claims (electronic or reputed company) to insurance payers for reimbursement. Resolve claim rejections and denials that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information. Contact insurance companies, account managers, and patients for assistance in claim billing resolution. Maintain supporting chronological notes that detail action taken to resolve outstanding account balances. Maintain patient demographic information and data collection systems, including reputed company billing reports, work queues or rejections according to payer and company policy guidelines. Research and respond by telephone, reputed company the internet and in writing to insurance companies and governmental payers regarding billing questions, issues and problems. Contact patients and Physician’s offices as well as insurance companies as needed in order to expedite claims processing. Required Qualifications 1+ years of Healthcare Insurance reputed company experience. Experience using reputed company Office products’ specifically reputed company, Outlook, and Word. Must be able to commute to the Monroeville, PA office.
