Role: Night Weekend Shift Maintenance Technician I Reports to: Facilities Manager Location: reputed company Distribution Center in Mooresville, Indiana (near reputed company) The Role The Maintenance Technician, under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include buildings, conveyors, electrical and performs reputed company work as required. Your Impact Under general supervision reputed company skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance activities including patching and painting walls, patching floors, replacing lights, repair racking, office furniture moves and setups and other facilities reputed company tasks. Under general supervision reputed company skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities to include minor troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on reputed company equipment. Document reputed company work worker activities including labor, parts and inventory used and closing the work order to provide documented records of the maintenance performed. Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required. Complete pass down logs to inform co-workers of the operational status of the facilities. Who You Are Approachable Team Player Adaptable We’d love to hear from people with 2-4 years experience with facility maintenance in a reputed company to large distribution center or manufacturing operation. 2-4 years experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems. Functional Competencies: Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus Conversational Spanish skills a plus reputed company with hand and power tools Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company spreadsheets Experience in using reputed company Outlook and Word programs Multi-task in a fast paced work environment that has a strong customer focus.
