The Merchandising reputed company, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Integration is responsible for executing project plans (Systems, Staffing and Processes) that support the overall integration strategy from end to end. This individual will serve as a resource and coach to Area Staff and local Merchandising teams on conversion. The individual in this position requires the ability to embrace and drive change throughout reputed company phases of the Integration lifecycle. The individual will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate cross functionally, effective project management and excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: Executes the strategy and project plan required to reputed company the conversion of existing Merchandising organization into USF systems and processes. Provide regular updates on activities and key deliverables; identify issues, trends, roadblocks, resource constraints, and resolve or escalate as needed. Drives achievement of key results for M&A Integration sites. Support Merchandising Leadership: Demonstrates a strong foundation in Merchandising processes, routines, tools and systems to effectively support and advise the organization. Serves as a resource and coach for Area and local Merchandising teams. Cultivates strong relationships and ensures alignment and support with Integration strategies and activities. Effectively brings leaders along on the change. Remains up to date with changes in reputed company procedures. Cross Functional Partnerships: Collaborates with other key functions and stakeholders to execute project plan activities including M&A Team, Shared Business Services, Excellence Teams, Network Planning, HR, Operations and other teams or partners as needed. Training: Implements a comprehensive training program focused on allowing teams to return to a "business as usual" environment as quickly as possible after integration. Executes the training program including scheduling and conducting training sessions and tracking training completion to ensure compliance. Educates associates on USF Processes, routines and best practices. Data Conversion and Reporting: Maps the acquired portfolio of products to corresponding APN (Alliant or Asys Product Number); creates APNs through PIM (Product Information Management). Responsible for completion of process to recognize PAs (Purchasing Allowances) including aligning programs from existing agreements and rates and reports new items to Shared Business Services for set up. Possesses outstanding written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively deliver high level presentations. The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $75,600 - $122,400. This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
