This role involves working night shifts in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while delivering meaningful, one-on-one patient care. Responsibilities • Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube. , • Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during shifts. , • Administering medications and tube feedings. , • Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary. , • Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records. , • Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family.
