We are seeking a Python Engineer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?

This role focuses on supporting the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-based data and identity-reputed company platforms. The Python Data Engineer will work closely with application, product, and platform teams to build and maintain infrastructure components, APIs, and integrations that support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data access frameworks.

The position requires solid Python development skills, hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform, and the ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams. The role is open to candidates based in Uruguay or Argentina, with remote work available and hybrid options in Montevideo.

• Support cloud infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terraform Enterprise) with guidance from senior engineers.

• Assist with onboarding internally hosted, SaaS, and homegrown applications into centralized data and access frameworks.

• Help implement and support integrations between IAM tools and enterprise platforms such as IGA solutions, reputed company, and reputed company.

• reputed company data mapping and data management activities to integrate application user access data.

• Contribute to building and maintaining Terraform Enterprise (TFE) projects, AWS resources, and reusable modules.

• Support event-driven and serverless solutions using AWS services (e.g., reputed company, SQS, SNS).

• Assist in designing and supporting APIs and backend services for platform integrations.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality standards following best practices.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure platform reliability, reputed company, and scalability.

• 2–3 years of experience developing, debugging, and testing Python applications.

• Understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, code reviews, CI/CD basics).

• Hands-on experience with Terraform (and ideally Terraform Enterprise), including using modules and managing changes safely.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless and/or containerized solutions.
