Key Responsibilities • Maintain a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Oversee the upkeep of the general ledger and generate customized reports as necessary. • Exhibit exceptional time management skills and responsiveness to ensure timely financial operations. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; certification is advantageous but not mandatory. • Demonstrated experience with long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes or assisted living environments, will be beneficial, particularly those with a focus on government grants and funding. Qualifications • Relevant educational background in accounting or finance is preferred. • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, especially within a small business setting or healthcare context.
