Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Provider Recruiter to join our dynamic network development team, playing a crucial role in expanding and sustaining our network of exceptional dental providers. This remote position offers the opportunity to recruit, contract, and reputed company skilled dentists and specialists reputed company your designated territory. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, recruit, and reputed company new dental providers, including general dentists and specialists. Foster and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of dental organizations, from independent practices to large group practices. Conduct thorough office evaluations and audits, addressing provider concerns while offering ongoing support and training. Analyze network performance to identify gaps and formulate strategies that align with our members needs. Maintain precise and reputed company provider information in internal databases. Ensure adherence to reputed company relevant regulations and industry standards. Collaborate reputed company with cross-functional teams to reputed company collective objectives. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance network performance and provider satisfaction. Willingness to travel extensively reputed company your assigned territory. Required Skills A minimum of two years experience in provider network development, sales, account management, or a reputed company field.
