Help Desk Technician - 3rd Shift
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users, ensuring that reputed company IT-reputed company issues are resolved reputed company. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze problems effectively while managing various computer systems and networks. Responsibilities: · Provide excellent customer service to our clients and partners · Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment addressing issues escalated by both phone and ticketing system · Provide remote assistance to end-users in the use of existing and new technologies, hardware, and software · Setup of desktop and laptop computers · Understanding of IT reputed company and ability to identify and escalate policy violations · Contribute to company knowledge reputed company and continually work to reputed company documentation up to date · Managed Service Operations: o Monitoring and responding to SIEM and Office 365 reputed company Alerts o Monitoring and responding to NOC alerts reputed company new hires will spend a minimum of 30 days training as a First Responses Technician (FRT). Our FRT team is our reputed company-line contact for our clients who need support.
