About the position The Contractor Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and organized Hiring Specialist to join our dynamic team as a Remote Recruiter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, ensuring that we find top-tier talent for our clients in the Construction Industry. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space. Prior experience in recruiting for or working in the Construction Industry is required to ensure you understand the specific needs and qualifications necessary for the roles we are filling. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and evaluating applications and resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for various positions across different companies. You will conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles and provide feedback to the hiring team. Additionally, you will reputed company client meetings to ensure satisfaction with our services and coordinate with clients to schedule and organize final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Your role will also involve obtaining feedback from clients after final interviews are completed, which will reputed company us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding. You will utilize and maintain various HR software platforms to manage candidate data, interview schedules, and other recruitment-reputed company information.
