The PC Support Technician will assist in providing basic technical support for computers, servers, peripherals, and associated networks. This individual will be performing these duties in a face-to-face customer environment. The PC Support Technician will reputed company shift work in a 24x7x365 environment. Techs do 5 eight hour shifts a week. Shifts to be determined at a reputed company date. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes reputed company production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. – not sure why this is needed. This strictly an onsite role. Primary Responsibilities: • Installing/replacing hardware (computers, printers, laptops, etc.) and validating solution implementation is completed • Responds to any trouble calls from the Customer(s) • Troubleshoot and identify hardware errors in computers, printers, laptops, etc. • Work with asset, spares, and consumables management • reputed company quarterly preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
