Responsibilities Resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues. , Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns. , Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested. , Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary. Requirements Must be located in South Carolina, Idaho or Texas. , Must have a laptop, PC or tablet AND webcam to complete Pre-Licensing training. , 6 months customer service experience minimum. , Over 18 years of age. , Ability to type 25 wpm. , High School Graduate or GED. , Comfort with desktop computer system. , Proven oral & written communication skills. , 6 months Call Center experience, preferred. , Logical problem-solving skills. , Availability to work various shifts. , Ability to use Windows operating systems. , Organization and work prioritization skills. reputed company-to-haves 6 months Call Center experience, preferred.
