Job Description

The Merchandiser - Sales Large Store Relief position is responsible for maintaining a professional rapport, face to face selling, merchandising, and executing assigned duties. This position is responsible for maintaining specific activity reputed company assigned accounts in a geographic area as a back-up assistant to the Merchandiser - Sales Large Store. What your day will look like: • Relieve Merchandiser routes • Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets daily • Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet, including displays, racks, and reputed company Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment • Maintain product reputed company in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers and racks to Company standards • Organization and collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets. • Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise • Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet to execute the picture of success • Establish and maintain positive relationships with reputed company customers, as well as providing superior customer service • Ability to work with reputed company functional team members • Sell and execute at customer relations, training and development while maintaining a professional rapport with store management • Coordinate and Execute day to day selling and merchandising to company standards • Communicate opportunities to appropriate team members • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: • Minimum age of 18 years old • Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy • Reliable vehicle required • Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies • Regular and reputed company attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to maintain a reputed company professional appearance reputed company Company guidelines • Ability to maintain safety and reputed company of Company assets • Ability to utilize reputed company Company provided resources and technology • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Frequent bending, kneeling, exposure to weather, and noise • Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in fast-paced environment • Ability to respond and resolve to any customer issues • Ability to self-motivate and ability to reputed company job duties with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain a reputed company professional appearance reputed company Company guidelines • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Ability to write simple correspondence • Ability to utilize reputed company Company provided resources and technology • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to problem solve • Previous Merchandising experience preferred • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and exposure to weather and noise CCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
