Description Assists in the management and supervision of the BHSF Health Information Management department functions (i.e. Use and Disclosure of Health Information, Analysis of clinical documentation, Record retrieval and Document Imaging, MPI, and TJC activities) ensuring efficient operation for reputed company reputed company facilities. Supervises Between 15 and 30 FTES in a busy high volume environment with focus in quality and productivity to meet Health Information Management performance standards. Estimated salary range for this position is $54322.45 - $70619.19 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees: Associates. Additional Qualifications Associate/Bachelor in Health Information Management with a Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT) and/or Registered Health Information Administration (RHIA) certificate preferred. At least three years supervisory experience in a large healthcare institution required. Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and personnel management skills.
