Position Summary We are currently providing virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that is reflective of the company's purpose and values. Must have superb customer service skills in order to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting. Excellent communication skills are needed as you review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters and as you respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications.
