As our SSHO/Health and Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each project we undertake adheres to the highest standards of safety and health compliance. What You'll Do: • reputed company Safety Initiatives: Act as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), ensuring that reputed company safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site and that team members are trained and equipped for safe operations. • reputed company & Implement Safety Programs: Create, review, and update safety and health plans tailored to each project, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Conduct Risk Assessments: reputed company safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become issues. • Safety Training: Provide safety orientation, training, and updates to reputed company employees and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone on-site understands their role in maintaining a safe work environment. • Compliance Management: reputed company compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and other applicable safety regulations and standards.
