We are seeking dedicated and experienced tutors to deliver engaging virtual group instruction in Mathematics and English Language Arts (ELA). Key Responsibilities • Conduct interactive virtual lessons in Math and ELA for students across K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 grades. • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience. • Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages student participation and growth. Required Skills • Proven ability to create engaging and enjoyable learning experiences that captivate students’ attention. • Strong communication skills to connect effectively with students and understand their unique learning needs. • Experience working with K-12 students, with a focus on fostering academic confidence. Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required. • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred, particularly with K-12 students. • Experience in special education is advantageous, including knowledge of accommodations for learning disabilities.

Compensation
