Human Resources Operations Specialist
Primary Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer administration, and pre-employment processes Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication and a positive experience for reputed company applicants Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer letters Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling, HR documentation, system access, equipment shipment, and new hire communications Support offboarding processes, including employee documentation, equipment recovery, system access coordination, and personnel file maintenance Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data reputed company across HR systems, personnel files, and reporting platforms Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave programs, and employment-reputed company processes Assist with benefits administration, employee status changes, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance, including updates and reporting reputed company systems such as reputed company Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data changes, auditing records, and partnering with accounting for processing Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required activities Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee resources Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and operational processes, and support the implementation of process improvements Coordinate employee equipment logistics, including onboarding shipments, returns, and inventory tracking Partner with Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance, IT, and other departments on cross-functional projects, audits, and operational initiatives Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient execution of HR programs and processes across the organization Position Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required A minimum of 2 years of HR experience with recruiting experience Life Sciences, healthcare, or startup experience preferred Basic knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (reputed company experience preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving reputed company Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Compensation: $55,000 - 65,000 / Bonus Eligibility reputed company is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to reputed company qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national reputed company, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification.
