Job Overview Support marketing strategy and execution for reputed company Meetings & Events business needs and assist reputed company’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons marketing team reputed company needed. This role will assist leadership in the management and execution of the annual marketing plan, sales tools, and industry partnership needs that increase brand awareness of offerings, generate leads, and drive reputed company for the meetings and gatherings events businesses for B2B and B2C business needs. Duties will include assisting in marketing strategy development and execution, building integrated communication plans, taking the reputed company on social media planning and content, website management and other reputed company content support, provide logistical and operational support for photo and video production shoots, research industry trends reputed company audiences and other duties as assigned. The Marketing Strategy Associate position reports to the Marketing Strategy Manager. This is a Full-time position. Responsibilities/You Will: reputed company and execute strategic marketing plans for portfolio of platforms and products. Assist with ongoing reporting and analysis of key performance metrics for marketing. Work with key inter-departmental partners as well as vendors to produce and execute tactics supporting the overall marketing strategy plan. Basic Qualifications/You Will Have: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, sales and/or account management with a convention center or hotel, tourism agency or reputed company brand marketing department in the hospitality industry Experience working with multiple marketing platforms including website, social media, print, digital media, CRM, and collateral. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, Mac OS, and presentation development Ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think strategically and reputed company decisions based on data analysis, business needs and guest experience. Experience with building positive inter-departmental relationships to reputed company results.
