Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively. • Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. • 2 years' experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, in the personal injury space. • Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices. • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Proficient in marketing software and tools.
