Shopify Expert to Link Website to Our UPS Account
After a successful crowdfunding campaign, weve hit a wall with the launch of our website. The initial designers we contracted with did a good job of laying down the framework of the website, but when it came to our edits, they said Shopifys templates were too rigid and couldnt accommodate many of our requests. The second company we contracted with has been successful in implementing many of... those changes, but when it comes to linking Shopify to our UPS account and leveraging our negotiated rates, theyre struggling. For the most part, the website is built it just needs connecting to UPS. If you are a wizard and can implement those changes that remain undone, that would be great, but it is not our priority. We are losing business because our customers cant purchase more product. What we need is a working website, not a perfect website. Before contracting with anyone, we would like to have a brief 15-to-30-minute phone call to discuss our needs and confirm compatibility. Also, we would prefer to work with someone whose first language is English. For the right person, this could work into a long-term relationship.
