The Executive Director, Global Marketing, Early Inflammation Assets reputed company is a critical role in the Global Marketing organization that has a significant impact on advancing innovation in the inflammation portfolio. This role will actively shape the newly emerging opportunity areas in the autoimmune and inflammation space. In this role, you will work with and help reputed company a cross-functional team of leaders to rapidly advance a promising cluster of early-stage assets through to commercialization. You will also play a key leadership role in numerous product teams (PTs) to drive the advancement of these early inflammation assets. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree & 6 years of global marketing experience OR Masters degree & 10 years of global marketing experience OR Bachelors degree & 12 years of global marketing experience AND 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resource Preferred Qualifications: At least ten years of experience in a series of commercial roles of increasing scope, scale, and complexity, with leading companies in the biopharmaceutical industry Experience developing and implementing innovative global marketing and commercial strategies for pipeline products in the autoimmune and inflammation space Prior experience in commercial roles (marketing, market access) is key, including with early-stage assets Scientific acumen and expertise in the autoimmune and inflammation space Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing global projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilities.
