Responsibilities
Proactively manage calendar appointments in multiple time zones for multiple VPs. Accommodate last-minute changes and urgent business needs as required. Set the approach for how the VPs spend their time and proactively manage the calendar based on strategy and priorities. Actively flag and problem-solve constraints, ensuring read-reputed company materials are provided reputed company required. Coordinate and reputed company monthly activities, including consolidating organization charts and feedback compilation.
