Join our dynamic team at gpac as a motivated and driven Commission-Based Search Consultant. In this role, you'll take charge of identifying and linking highly qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities. This position offers the freedom of remote work, allowing you to shape your schedule, while standard office hours are observed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Our commission-based structure... ensures limitless earnings potential, providing a pathway to substantial financial achievements. Top performers can earn an impressive $250,000 to $500,000 annually! Your Responsibilities: • Utilize diverse online platforms, databases, and networking channels to conduct comprehensive candidate searches. • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences to match them with specific job openings. • Cultivate and nurture a robust network of professionals and industry connections to streamline candidate sourcing. • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various roles. • Present well-matched candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics. • Support and guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive journey. • Collaborate with clients to grasp their hiring needs and devise comprehensive recruitment strategies. • Negotiate and finalize job offers, guaranteeing terms that satisfy both parties. • Stay updated on industry trends to remain knowledgeable about the job market and recruitment trends. Your Qualifications: • Proven expertise as a search consultant, recruitment specialist, or similar role. • Profound familiarity with sourcing techniques, encompassing online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies. • Capability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and align them with appropriate job opportunities. • Track record of goal-oriented accomplishments, consistently meeting or surpassing targets. • Self-motivated and adept at working autonomously with minimal oversight. • Outstanding time management and organizational aptitudes. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. • While a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred, it's not mandatory.
