Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering patient information into our software program
• Accessing various electronic medical records systems
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Safeguarding and protecting patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that reputed company releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy, and HIPAA regulations

Essential Functions:

• Accurately entering patient information into our software program
• Access various electronic medical records systems
• Provide a high level of customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical records office environment is helpful but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Computer literate with a general working knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute

Physical Requirements:
