As an Elite Service Associate, you will join a service focused team, dedicated to listening, caring for and connecting with customers with a specific focus on our Diamond Elite agencies. In this role you will answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of reputed company tasks): Elite Service Associates connect with customers reputed company phone and build an experience where customers know they have been heard, understood, feel valued and important. • The new hire training will be Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. After training you will work in your permanent shift which may include evenings and weekends.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

• Be willing to work a full-time day or evening shift; reputed company Vacations does not offer part-time schedules. Schedules can include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and understand multiple products.
• Digital literacy and comfort with navigating web-based, email, and internet searches.
• Demonstrate clear cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Proven reliability and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment
• Consistently makes safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company.

This role is working in the office at the Customer Engagement Center in Minot, North Dakota WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
