Key Responsibilities • Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings • Follow strict style guides to produce verbatim transcripts • Collaborate remotely with our in-office team for any necessary guidance • Ensure timely delivery of transcripts while maintaining high standards of quality Required Skills • Proven experience in legal transcription, court reporting, or scoping • Exceptional listening skills with a keen attention to detail • Strong literacy skills including comprehension, spelling, and grammar • Proficiency in typing speed and accuracy • Familiarity with legal terminology • Ability to handle challenging audio/text content • Capability to work independently and manage deadlines Qualifications • Significant experience in legal transcription or related fields is required • Court reporting students may also be considered • Ability to pass a background check is essential
