Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to drive business growth and loyalty
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure timely resolution
- Ensuring reputed company resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
