Job Description

Attention to detail is paramount as you will be handling sensitive information and ensuring all records are correct and up-to-date. As you work with various databases and input data related to shipping, tracking, and customer information, you will help facilitate smooth operations at FedEx. You will collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and assist in generating reports as needed. Your tasks will also include verifying data from multiple sources and utilizing software tools to enhance data accuracy. While the primary focus is data entry, there will be additional tasks such as responding to emails related to data inquiries and possibly training new staff on data entry procedures.
