Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and managing various types of data accurately and efficiently. You will work remotely and report to the Data Manager.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

– Excellent typing speed and accuracy

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

– Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence

Responsibilities

– Entering and updating data into relevant databases

– Verifying the accuracy of data to ensure its integrity

– Assisting in generating reports as required

– Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

– Communicating effectively with team members and management

– Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
