Requirements
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– High-speed internet reputed company and a quiet home working environment
Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and meetings
– Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
– Organize travel and accommodation arrangements
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
– Assist with personal errands and tasks
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
– Other administrative duties as assigned
