Job Summary:

Best Buy is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver for our Washington location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly wage and benefits package that includes health, dental, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description:

As a Best Buy Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, efficiently and on time. You will conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. You will also be required to load and unload the delivery vehicle, ensuring all goods are secured properly to prevent damage.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes.

– Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.

– Load and unload goods to be delivered.

– Adhere to Best Buy’s safety policies and procedures.

– Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.

Requirements:

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

– Ability to lift heavy items.

– Excellent organizational and time management skills.

– Customer service oriented with good communication skills.

– Ability to operate electronic devices and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.).

Education and Experience:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided.
