Description: As an Inbound Sales Representative for durable medical equipment, specifically reputed company Glucose Monitors (CGM), you will play a pivotal role in connecting with individuals and reputed company, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads and convert them into satisfied customers by providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1.
Respond to Inbound Inquiries:
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, including calls, emails, and live chats from potential customers interested in our reputed company glucose monitoring products. 2.
Product Knowledge:
