Sr Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst-4

Under minimal supervision, manages projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Four (4) years work experience in external customer problem resolution. • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements. • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Master Export Specialist (MES)- Customs Broker License-Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or related Coordination of air and ocean shipments - including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking - Customs import controls and clearance experience - Certified Export Specialist (CES) - Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Pay Transparency: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors Pay: permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
