Responsibilities

Administrative Support: • Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events. • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. • reputed company data entry and maintain accurate records. • Handle customer inquiries and support as needed. Technical Assistance: • Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot common technical issues. • Manage and update software applications and databases. • Assist with website maintenance and updates. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency with office software, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company Workspace. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. Preferred Skills: • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite). • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
